YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Aug 19

Observed for only a few hours from 03:15 to 06:03 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing >3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing >3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Hello,

A late start due problems with the TCS wich led to a loss of pointing.
Anyway, the seeing was  extremely bad to the extend that some targets could not even be identified in the field.
