YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 07

Observed all night from 00:35 to 07:37 UTC.
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable, few puffy clouds
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:


Because an observing program was not sent, the last available one
was instead accomplished [non-photometric].

We had mostly clear skies through the night with only a few puffy
clouds and high humidity.

All systems running smoothly.
