YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 19 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:14 to 09:40 UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Photometric program completed with few problems, being mainly computer crashes. Asteroid observations were correctly accomplished during the last three frames. For some strange reason the telescope does not move as it should for the first 15 or so minutes, as will see on the first three bad frames.
