YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 21 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:22 to 09:30 UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Program completed with no complications save for Asteroid observations with repeated results as yesterday. RA motion seems Ok but not so good in DEC. The bias rate digits can be set as instructed for TCS has space for 4 decimals. (e.i.; -0.0060 as an example).
