YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Feb 23 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:12 to 09:20 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Mixed weather conditions tonight because of surrounding cirrus on North-West side but these never arrived above us, so it pretty much remained clear throughout the night. Asteroid .obs were accomplished with slightly better results. I have been asking around for an idea as to why the telescope does not work properly when activating the bias motion.- Nothing concrete yet...
