YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Jan 13 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:35 to 08:37 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Hello, Non-photometric was program completed even though we had mostly clear skies through the night. The reason was some forming clouds around us at the start of the night. CCD calibrations were not accomplished due to shutter problems, this includes no U sky flats.
