YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Mar 21 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 23:48 to 09:25 UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Hello, Program completed. Last two frames for asteroid 2002 FB3 are the only ones with point source like image. The rest before have usual DEC elongated look.
