YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Sep 05

Observed last half of the night from 03:11 to 05:56 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing >3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing >3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


Hello,

     Program arranged to accomodate reacheable targets due to to
     late start thanks to clouds.  Standars included in Non-photometric 
     program were not observed.  I considered that given the tremendously
     bad seeing and interrupted secuence these could not be done tonight.
