YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Sep 09

Observed for only a few hours from 23:21 to 03:59 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, to overcast
   Mid: Seeing 2.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, to overcast
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Hello,

Lots of clouds made observations a little absolete.  Some usable data.

Data for tonight (2002_0909) will be recorded with tomorrow's data (hopefully).
