YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Sep 18 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 23:21 to 09:54 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 2.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate End: Seeing >3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Hello, Photometric program had to be imterrupted due to clouds wich arrived about 30 minutes after I began the photometric section. Very bad seeing at the end of the night. Suntzeff's new SN was observed but it is hardly visible due mainly to clouds.
