---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CoCo suggestions: a. There should be a plenary session for each of the three survey programs (Legacy, SEGUE, Supernovae). This could include an overall progress report, associated science talks, and time for collaboration discussion. b. Since we basically know what we are doing with Legacy, and SEGUE will have a meeting immediately following, it probably makes sense to make the supernova survey session the longest, with an explicit goal of developing a more general strategy for time-domain studies and getting members of the collaboration involved who may not have been tied into the supernova survey as yet. There will be a Sloan supernova meeting in January, so the results of that can be reported and provide a starting point for discussion. c. It would be good to have a talk/discussion on post-2008 plans. Perhaps Don York could report on behalf of the futures committee. There is a call for white papers as preparation for this. d. Maybe we could invite one of the observers to give a talk on "a night in the life of an SDSS observer." Many of us have only a general notion of what goes on on the mountain during an observing run. e. Given the various changes with SDSS-II, new institutions, PoO-II, and multiple surveys, we should have a session on policy matters, with time for people to raise issues. f. With many new partners, it would be useful to have one of the "how to" demos on data access. g.
