(ICIMACS = Instrument Control and Image Acquisition System


On startup, the WISE IC program loads its defaults and saved values from the initialization file WISE.INI. The operation of the program can be changed in both trivial and profound ways by changing the values in the WISE.INI file.

The hash or pound sign "#" is the remark character; any line beginning with the remark character is ignored by the IC on startup.
