| Please let me know the paper you will discuss by no later than one week before your assigned date. If you would like help with choosing or dissecting a paper, or have any other questions, please feel free to come and talk with me. You should aim for a 1/2 hour presentation if there are no interruptions, although of course there likely will be lots of them. I expect you will present your paper using a laptop and some standard presentation software (Powerpoint, Keynote, StarOffice, Latex, etc). If you do not have your own laptop, the department has some available for loan. I will meet with you for about 10-15 minutes after your talk to give you feedback. |
