Welcome to Wei's Homepage

I'm now a fourth-year graduate student in the Department of Astronomy at The Ohio State University. I got my B.S. degree in 2013 from Peking University in Beijing, China. I'm from An Yang City (安阳市) in Henan Province (河南省) of China, which was the capital of Shang Dynasty(商朝) more than 3,000 years ago.

My research interests include both theoretical and observational aspects of astronomy, particularly in the field of exoplanets. My thesis will be about the application of gravitational microlensing and especially microlens parallax. I have been heavily involved in the Spitzer microlensing programs, as well as the K2 Microlensing campaign. I also have work on transiting planets and statistical properties of exoplanets. For more information about my research, please move to the Research page.
