YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Jul 20

Observed last half of the night from 5:31 to 08:33 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing >3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing >3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Hello,

A very late start for humidity and clouds. Also, it took me a longggg while to restarts the TCS, Kepler, Wc, IC, IR, after a power outage we had on Thursday. All the above to end up getting images with a seeing over 5 arc seconds !!!!!
In sum, get your dustbins ready as most (if not all) images are useless. In most cases I couldn't even guide.
