YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Aug 07

Observed first half of the night from 22:48 to 02:56 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


Hello,

Non-photometric program half accomplished.  Lots of clouds through
all observations.
