As the BSA continues to thrive and grow, I wanted to take a moment to update you on our recent achievements and activities. Your support has been instrumental in our success, and we are eager to share our progress with you. This year has been instrumental in bringing back BSA to the platform of student organizations at OSU. Our sister organizations have commended our participation and engagement in our events and collaborated events as well! We have successfully coordinated our annual winter Badminton tournament for 2023 as a collaboration with our sister organizations and raised money for the ongoing ramifications of the war on the children facing brutal conditions as casualties of the war. The tournament was able to gather more than 40 players and were provided with gift cards, chocolates, and refreshments for the event. With one fundraiser event from the beginning of the semester and three events, BSA has secured its first $1000 in its bank account. We have also been accepted as one of the 36 applications for Taste of OSU to have a cultural booth Serve polao and roast and perform a folk dance! it has been one of the achievements of the year! The goal for next semester is to have a couple of events, alongside the Taste of OSU: Spring Involvement Fair and GB Meetings for Member Recruiting Ekushey February Mango Madness Pohela Boishakh My personal goal is to create a board of Executives who can uphold the club and work on the framework of events created this year. I will be making framework documents with deadlines for applications for the board members next year to make the transition to the new board easier! I am really happy with the progress of each board member in their respective roles, and I am so glad to be the president of this club for this year. I could not have done it without your support! We do need a few sponsors for all the events we have upcoming, it would be great if you suggested a couple of options to raise money or find sponsors for the upcoming events!
