Dear Prof. Nahar,

I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your email. Unfortunately,
we experienced technical issues with the virtual link and had to proceed with 
the ceremony on time.

To provide you with a glimpse of the event, I have attached some pictures 
for your review. The ceremony was attended by an excellency, and we made sure 
to thank all the mentors by name, including you, while emphasizing your 
invaluable contributions as a mentor. Your efforts have been instrumental 
in the success of this initiative, and we are truly grateful for your support!

I also wanted to share that your student, Dana, gave a wonderful presentation 
during the ceremony and received high recognition from the judges for her work,

Regarding your official certificate, we will be providing it to you this week.
