  • Gadaria Mahila Samitee Government Primary School was established in 1950. It was orginally founded by women's society for free edication of the poor students. Part of the school separated out to form the government primary school in 1973. The students study here free, but most of the students have to pay teachers for private coaching for their learning.

    For better teaching motivation and learning inspiration, awards have been established by Dr. Sultana N. Nahar to recognize two best teachers, nominated by the student votes, and three topmost graduating students. The students vote for the best teacher. The recipients of the maximum votes are nominated. The final decisions are based on the votes with recommendations from the Head Principal/Head Imam, madrasa committee, and Chair or Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees.

    The teacheris receive the certificate, "S.N. Nahar Award for Best Teacher of the Year" with an honoraria, and the students receive certificates "Sheikh Abdur Razzaque Best Student Awards" and cash prizes.

  • The school has been raising its excellence record, as seen in the following statistics:
    - 2014: 5 Government Scholarships (extremely competitive), A+: 51, A: 85, A-: 192
    - 2013: A+: 41,
