    PRIZES:

  • Faculty and student prizes have been established in the three Departments of IUST - Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Physics and Chemistry Departments have research projects and have introduced postgraduate programs. Mathematics offers only bachelor degree at this time. In total seven prizes have been introduced in these 3 Departments.

  • 5 Faculty prizes are:

    - 2 Distinguished Teacher of the Year for research publications and student guidance in Physics, Chemistry

    - 3 Distinguished Teacher of the Year for teaching in class in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

  • 2 Student prizes are:

    - 2 best M.Sc. thesis by a student for research publications and academic excellence in Physics, Chemistry

    OBJECTIVES:


    i) By the Physics Department, ii) Meeting with Physics members

  • The objective is to enhance STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathmatics) education and research program in Biological Sciences at the University.
